notebook evil cover thing

If you open my maths copybook you see this thing. Doesn't make much sense, but I wanted it to look approximately like that. A4, ball pen...you cant erase it but they don't smudge at least. It was being made reletively fast at the beginning, but the less is left the slower it gets, so the lower part was made with the speed of turtle or a slug.
